It's business as usual at Ruby Maine with our online store carrying on with a couple of exceptions. Due to the current circumstances Australia Post have advised there may be some delivery delays, however, your patience is greatly appreciated.
1. Flat fee shipping rate of $12.95 for orders under $150.00 Australia wide, via Australia Post Standard Postal service.
2. Express fee shipping rate of $15.95 for orders under $150.00 Australia wide, via Australia Standard Postal Service.
2. FREE shipping for all orders over $150.00 Australia wide, via Australia Post Standard Postal service, unless Express Post is requested in the notes.

Click & Collect
There is always the option to shop online with same day store pickup. You will be contacted via text message when your purchase is ready for collection.
If you are a customer not living in Australia, you will need to pay an additional overseas freight charge (est. AUD $40) and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. Ruby Maine will not charge you the Australian goods and services tax (GST). Email store to receive postage costs.
Damage & Loss
Damage or loss in transit is rare, though if it does happen Ruby Maine will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of the damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time-frames indicated for postage 'within Australia'.
A deposit of 25% will be charged upon order placement and then the balance will be automatically charged when your item(s) arrives. The ETA can change due to designer's production schedules however we will do our utmost best to get the item for you!

We offer a 'No Problem' 7 day Return Policy on all sales. You can return the item bought at Ruby Maine Online within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Full refunds only given on returns once tested by quality control.
Also, we will send your exchange item to you free of charge on full priced items.
Gift Returns: If you receive a gift that is unsuitable, you may return it and receive a credit to your Ruby Maine account. You might just have to pay for any additional product cost, shipping or taxes.

- The products must be in a saleable condition, unworn, clean and with tags attached, and you must have proof of purchase, to be eligible for the 7 Day Return Policy.
- Please return item(s) using a tracking system to ensure their security as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will offer a refund or exchange, once you advise us of your requirements.
What to do if a received product is faulty – Ruby Maine takes pride in the packaging of all our products and we double check all items being sent to our online purchasers - so to receive a 'faulty' product would be rare. If, by some chance, you do receive a 'faulty' product please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 02 6882 5362. We can either send you a post bag for you to return the product or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available, you can of course request a replacement item(s) or receive a refund for your 'faulty' item.
Exchanges - Don't forget, if you want to exchange an item for a different size or style please call us or email us straight away. Let us know the details of the item(s) including style number, colour and size you would like so we can place it on hold for you.
Refunds will be in the way of a refund or exchange for another item(s).
In-store Purchases - In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price with proof of purchase, with item(s) in an unworn, unused condition. Ruby Maine does not refund change of mind, however, we are more than happy to exchange the item(s) or issue a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
