DELIVERY PROMISE - Because we know you want your purchases fast !

 

Within Australia

Postage within Australia is FREE* for full priced items and $12.50 for SALE items (shoes/boots are shipped without box) and is via the Australia Post Standard Postal service. If orders are received prior to 1pm (AEST) on any business day your order will be shipped out that day.  

We aim to have your order to you within 2-3 business days.

This can be quicker if you live in Dubbo or in a Capital City, or sometimes a bit longer if you live in a rural or remote rural area.

 

*Please note $12.50 shipping will be charged on all transactions (sorry) however for the full priced items we will not capture the $12.50 thru pay pal. If order is a mixture of full priced and sale items the $12.50 shipping is applicable. 

 

 

International Postage

 

 If you are a customer not living in Australia, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY US THE FLAT ADDITIONAL OVERSEAS FREIGHT CHARGE (AUD $40) and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. Ruby Maine will not charge you the Australian goods and services tax (GST).

 

Damage & Loss     

Damage or loss in transit is rare, though if it does happen Ruby Maine will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of the damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time-frames indicated for postage 'within Australia'.

 

Pre-Orders

A deposit of 25% will be charged upon order placement and then the balance will be automatically charged when your item/s arrives. The ETA can change due to designer's production schedules however we will do our utmost best to get the item for you!

 

RETURN PROMISE - 100% perfect or send it back !

We offer a 'No Problem' 30 days Return Policy on FULL priced items & 7 day returns policy on SALE items (return postage at buyers cost). We shop online too so we understand that buying clothing and footwear online is convenient, however it can be that without the opportunity to 'try on' there will be occasions where purchases don't fit or simply don't suit. You can return the item bought at Ruby Maine Online within 30 days for full priced items for a full refund, credit or exchange and 7 days for SALE items, credit or exchange ONLY. Also we like to think that we are true 'gems' so we will send your exchange item to you free of charge on full priced items.

When returning SALE items we only offer a exchange of item/s (postage at buyers expense) or a store credit.

Gift Returns : If you find a gift you have received is unsuitable, you may return it and receive a credit to your Ruby Maine account. You must be a registered customer/member. You might just have to pay for any additional product cost, shipping or taxes.

How to return a product with our 'No Problem' 30 days Return Policy Call or Email one of Ruby's Gems as soon as you can and let us know your concerns. Simply complete the Returns Form enclosed with your purchased item and post the item back to us within 30 days - don’t forget to include your original receipt of purchase. We do ask that any item being returned has NOT been worn, all labels must be attached in original form and that you take as much care as we would to protect the item when posting. Ruby Maine does not sell used products - your items must be returned in new and unused condition as above. Unfortunately if there is any evidence of wear - including but not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette odour, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) the item will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please return products using Registered Post to ensure their security as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

 

In-store Purchases - In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days for a full refund of purchase price with proof of purchase and in an unworn condition. Ruby Maine does not refund change of mind however we are more than happy to exchange the item/s within 7 days of purchase.

 

What to do if a received product is faulty - Ruby's Gems take pride in the packaging of all our products and do double check all items being sent to our online purchasers - so to receive a 'faulty' product would be rare and we certainly hope it never happens when purchasing online from Ruby Maine. If, by some chance, you do receive a 'faulty' product please contact us via email rubycentral@rubymaine.com or by phone on 02 6882 5362. We can either send you a post bag for you to return the product or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available, you can of course request a replacement item or receive a refund for your 'faulty' item.

 

 Exchanges - Don't forget that if you want to exchange an item for a different size or style please please call us or email us straight away. Let us know the details of the item including style number, colour and size you would like so we can place it on hold for you. We'd be disappointed for you if you had to miss out on an item you loved because it's sold out before you return the original purchase !!

 

Remember our Refund Promise to you - we want you to return the item if you are not 100% happy with it. You will never have a problem dealing with any of the 'Gems' from Ruby Maine with regard to returning an item that is not right for you or if it is faulty or damaged. Your purchases absolutely have to be perfect for you.
